Operations consultancy
Find out what is costing you money, then fix it.
The price comes before the conversation. If a review does not find its fee in your operation, you do not pay. Start with the health check: no cost, no email.
Quick answer
What does 360's operations consultancy do?
Operations consultancy that finds what is costing a warehouse, freight or distribution operation money, then fixes it, run by an operator rather than a slide deck. It starts with a free 10 minute health check of 24 questions that scores six areas, delivery, cost, warehouse, process, people and supplier spend, on the page with no email asked. From there: a diagnostic call, a fixed-price review, a full day on your site or a scoped project, with the price stated before the conversation, and the trucks and pallets to carry the fix out. One result we are allowed to quote: a distributor buying about 7,000 pallets a month took $120,000 a year out of its pallet bill.

A late truck, read properly and fixed properly.
The sample review as a film, in two chapters. DIFOT: the numbers, what we can do, the result. Space: the numbers, what we can do, the result. Then the method and the four ways in.
Demo Distribution Co is fictional and the data is invented. It is labelled on screen. Targets are opportunities to test, not verified savings.
Read the film as text
Every figure below is a target from a fictional sample review, not a verified result.
- Every truck out the gate is a decision, and most are made on habit.
- DIFOT, the numbers. The reports say 86% on time and 89% in full. Together, 76% of orders arrive on time and in full, so about one in four fails. The goal is 100%.
- DIFOT, what we can do. The symptom: late deliveries, and the carrier gets blamed. The cause: orders released after the carrier cut-off. 5 of 11 orders coded carrier late were released after the cut-off, and 41% of order lines reach the floor after 12.30pm for a 3.30pm truck. Five manual steps become five systems. Order release: hourly waves from 7am instead of one batch after 12.30. Allocation: stock allocated at order import, shorts flagged before release. Processing time: every order stamped in, released, picked and loaded, reviewed hourly. Bottlenecks: the roster re-cut to the hourly shape. Integration: the system books the carrier and scan confirms stock, so nothing books after cut-off.
- DIFOT, the result. Trucks leave every hour. DIFOT from 76% to a target of 99% in eight weeks, with 100% the goal. Late lines from 41% to under 20%, overtime from 11% to under 6%, late carrier bookings from 5 of 11 to none. Under $30,000 all up.
- Space, the numbers. The proposal: a 2,400 square metre overflow unit at about $410,000 a year plus $60,000 fit-out. The site already holds 610 positions of stock that never moves, and location accuracy is 88%. Verdict: not yet.
- Space, what we can do. Storage solutions: slot by velocity, fast lines at the door. Stock turnover: a dead stock disposal list agreed with finance, 610 positions to under 250. Space utilisation: cycle counts by scan, positions freed and reused, location accuracy from 88% to 97% or better. Supply model: order size and frequency matched to turnover, slow lines held upstream.
- Space, the result. $410,000 a year not spent and no fit-out cost, because the building you already pay for does the job. Dead stock positions from 610 to under 250, location accuracy 97% or better. Then look at space again with eight weeks of data.
- The method is a loop: diagnose, validate, design, procure, implement, optimise.
- Four ways in: the health check, fixed price reviews from $490 + GST, the Full-Day Operational Review at $7,500 + GST and scoped projects.
Start with the problem
Pick a symptom. Follow it to the cause.
The problem you can see is rarely where the cause sits. Pick what is happening in your operation. You will see what we would check, what it is probably costing and a first move for this week.

What a finding looks like
What looked like a space problem was an order release problem.
From our sample review day report. Demo Distribution Co is fictional and the data is invented to show the structure and depth of the real thing.
Who does the work
Run by someone who has done the job.
Led by an operator with 15 years in warehousing, transport and distribution, in Australia and overseas. That work covered national networks, new site launches, restructures and systems implementations, along with the supplier and transport arrangements behind them.
That experience came from operational roles before 360. The advice comes from someone who has run the shift and answered to the customer when it went wrong.
- We tell you how confident we are in each finding and what would change it
- Opportunities, forecasts and verified results are never mixed together
- You keep the working files. You can implement yourself, use your existing providers or use us
- Where 360 could earn from a recommendation, such as pallets or transport, we say so up front
360 is a new consultancy, so we do not have a wall of client logos yet. We would rather show you the work. That is why the samples, the guide and the prices are all public.

After you pay
What happens next.

- You send details from your order page.A few lines on the problem, or your data files. Files go to private storage that only 360 can open.
- We check what you sent within 2 business days.If something is missing we tell you what we can still deliver: send more, narrow the scope or take a full refund.
- You get the work on the published date.Reviews end with a walkthrough call, and you keep the working files.
Your data stays confidential and is never used to train anyone's models. We will sign an NDA first if you ask. The rest is in the purchase terms.
Practical questions
Before you buy.
Is the advice automated or from a person?
The online health check result is automated and says so. Everything you pay for is done by a consultant. We use software, including AI tools, to speed up analysis and drafting. A consultant checks every figure and is accountable for every recommendation.
What if my data is incomplete?
Most data is. The requirements are listed before you pay. After you upload, we check it within 2 business days and tell you what is missing. Then you choose: supply more, accept a narrower scope or take a full refund. We do not start the clock or keep your money for a review we cannot do properly.
What is your refund and rescheduling policy?
Downloads: refunded if a file is faulty and we cannot fix it in two business days. Sessions and data reviews: full refund any time before work starts. Review days: reschedule at no charge with 5 business days notice. Inside 5 days the deposit moves to a new date once, and travel already booked is charged at cost.
Details are in the purchase terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Can I pay by invoice or with crypto?
Card payments are taken securely online. Crypto is accepted where the option shows at checkout, priced in Australian dollars. If your business needs an invoice and bank transfer, place the order and tell us, or email solutions@360operationsgroup.com.au. Every sale gets a tax invoice with GST shown.
Do you guarantee savings?
Nobody can guarantee a saving before seeing your operation, and you should be careful of anyone who does. We guarantee the deliverable, the scope and the date, and one more thing: if a DIFOT, route or cost to serve review, or a Full-Day Operational Review, does not identify at least its own fee in annualised opportunity, we refund the fee. Findings are labelled as opportunities until they are tested. If we make a factual or calculation error we fix it at no charge.
Where do you work?
Remote work is Australia and New Zealand wide. On site work is based from Sydney and the Illawarra with travel included for Greater Sydney, the Illawarra, Central Coast and Newcastle. Elsewhere, travel is quoted at cost before you commit.
Not sure where to start.
