Quick answer
What does an operational review involve?
An operational review is a full day on site walking the operation from receipt to despatch before anyone opens a spreadsheet, then your own numbers read back: rates, volumes, lanes, invoices and labour hours. You get a baseline in figures, the evidence gaps, priority findings ranked by what they are worth with confidence labels, and an action plan with owners and sequence. $7,500 plus GST for the day and the written report; the desk based Operational Health Check Report is $490 plus GST, and the online ten minute health check costs nothing.

Operational review and health check
You know the operation is leaking money and you cannot point at where.
What does the work involve?
- A full day on site, walking the operation from receipt to despatch before anyone opens a spreadsheet.
- Your own numbers read back: rates, volumes, lanes, invoices, labour hours, collection frequencies.
- Every finding checked against the data rather than against an opinion formed on the walk.
What do you get?
- A baseline of where the operation stands today, in figures.
- The evidence gaps, so you know what you cannot yet measure.
- Priority findings ranked by what they are worth, with confidence labels.
- An action plan with owners and sequence.
Who does it suit?
Operations that have grown faster than their systems, or a new leader who needs a read of what they have inherited.
Who is it not for?
A single site with a dozen people where the owner can walk the floor and see the problem; start with the free health check and spend the day fee on fixing what it shows.
How long does it take?
A day on site, the written report inside 7 business days of that day. The date is fixed when the review is booked.
What do we need from you?
Missing some of this is normal and is not a reason to wait. Send what exists and we will tell you what the work can and cannot conclude before anyone commits.
- Access to the site for a day, and about an hour each with the people who actually run it.
- Whatever operational data exists: order history, labour hours, freight invoices, stock movements.
- An honest answer on what is already known to be broken, so the day is not spent rediscovering it.
What does it cost?
$7,500 plus GST for the full day review, including the written report. The Operational Health Check Report is $490 plus GST if you want a desk based read first, and the online health check costs nothing. Review days are paid half on booking and half on delivery, on 7 day terms.
How does 360 work?
A consultant delivers the work and is accountable for the content. Findings come from the data you supply and what we observe inside the agreed scope, and estimated benefits are opportunities to test rather than guaranteed savings. Where a recommendation could lead to 360 earning from supply, we say so in the report so you can compare it against the market. Full terms are on the purchase terms page.
Not sure this is the right one? The operations health check takes ten minutes, costs nothing and tells you where to look first.
Questions
How long does it take?
A day on site, with the written report inside 7 business days.
What do you need from us?
Access to the site, an hour each with the people who run it, and whatever operational data you already have. Missing data is a finding, not a blocker.
Do we have to stop the operation for the day?
No. The site day is walked around the operation while it runs, because the queues, the double handling and the workarounds only show when the work is moving. We need about an hour each with the people who run it, not a shutdown.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Site days run in person. Travel is included for Greater Sydney, the Illawarra, the Central Coast and Newcastle; anywhere else in Australia or New Zealand the travel is quoted at cost before you commit, and the desk work is done remotely either way.
What happens after the report?
The report lists the findings in order of money, what each fix needs and who owns it. You can run the actions yourself, bring us back for the ones you want help with, or put the list on the monthly ongoing support cadence so it does not drift.
