Where we work
NSW first
Sydney, with the yard at Prestons. The Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter. Wollongong, Shellharbour and down to Nowra. Interstate lanes to Melbourne and Brisbane are quoted per job. Consultancy
The operations health check
Twenty-four questions, about ten minutes, scored across six areas: delivery, cost, warehouse, process, people and supplier spend. The result shows on the page and no email is asked for. The score comes from fixed scoring rules, not a consultant's opinion. Start it on the health check page. One result we are allowed to quote: a distributor buying about 7,000 pallets a month took $120,000 a year out of its pallet bill after we reworked how it bought and recovered pallets.
