What happens next

Scoped in writing before anything is binding.

  1. A consultant reads your brief and replies within one business day.
  2. A scoping conversation, usually 30 to 45 minutes. For site based work we may suggest a review day first so the scope rests on what is there.
  3. You get a written scope: deliverables, what is excluded, who does what, timing, price and payment stages.
  4. Nothing is binding until you accept it in writing.

How projects are priced

Fixed price per stage wherever the scope allows, so you are never buying an open ended day count. Where work is truly variable, day rates are quoted up front with a cap. As a guide, senior consultant time is $2,600 a day plus GST, quoted in fixed stages.

Technical boundaries

Layout, racking and storage work is operational and conceptual. Structural engineering, racking load certification, fire engineering and compliance sign-off are done by qualified specialists. We brief and coordinate them and make it clear in the scope who is responsible for what.
