Quick answer
How does freight with 360 work?
Put the pickup suburb, the delivery suburb and the freight into the quote tool and every vehicle that fits, from a courier van for 1 or 2 pallets to a B-double for 34, comes back quoted as a firm price from the rate book, ex GST first with tolls at cost, with a shared run beside it when 1 to 6 pallets can ride with other freight. Nothing is charged until the driver is confirmed and booked, the job is tracked live, and a proof of delivery is captured at every door. Runs leave Prestons in south-west Sydney and cover Greater Sydney, the Illawarra to Nowra, the Central Coast and Newcastle; Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane are published in full.

Why the load picks the truck.
Why the load picks the truck, the three ways to buy one, routes built around your customer's delivery window and what you see every month.
The delivery route scene is an illustration, not a customer result. Vehicle figures are reference configurations.
Read the film as text
- A 12 pallet truck for two pallets: you paid for 12 positions and used two. The right truck for the load is the cheapest freight you will ever buy.
- The load picks the truck. Reference configurations: a courier van carries 2 pallets and 1,100 kg, a large van 3 pallets and 1,400 kg, an 8 pallet truck 5,200 kg, a 10 pallet rigid 7,500 kg, a 12 pallet rigid 9,000 kg and a heavy rigid 16 pallets and 12,500 kg. Every vehicle that fits is quoted side by side, semis and B-doubles when the load calls for it.
- Three ways to buy a truck. Permanent fleet: a truck and driver on your pattern, one vehicle or twenty, by the day, week or month, pays when the same run happens every day. Point to point: one job quoted now, every vehicle that fits, pays when jobs are irregular. Shared run: a few pallets on a consolidated run at a fraction of a dedicated vehicle, pays when you ship a few pallets at a time.
- Delivery routes, as an illustration: twelve drops on twelve trucks, or the same twelve drops on one route sequenced to each customer's delivery window, three drops a window, the ETA sent before the window opens, every drop inside its window. Exceptions are caught with time to fix them.
- Why 360: every vehicle that fits, quoted side by side. We recommend the shared run when it is cheaper, and say so. Advice from operators with 15 years running warehouses, transport and distribution.
- Booked, dispatched, proved, reported. One account and three screens. The driver has the run before the truck leaves. Delivered inside the window your customer was given. Photo and signature at the door. Every month: DIFOT by lane, cost per pallet by vehicle class and lane, windows hit, exceptions with the proof.
- Your delivery is your customer's last impression. One account, vans to heavy rigids, quoted and booked in minutes.

Ways to book
Which of the four ways to move freight fits the job?
One job, regular runs quoted per run, a truck and driver by the day or a few pallets shared when that is cheaper. Every path is the same three screens and the same account. Two lanes are published in full: Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane.

Questions freight buyers ask
How do I get a freight quote from 360?
Put the pickup suburb, the delivery suburb and the freight into the quote tool and every vehicle that fits comes back priced side by side, with a shared run beside it when one fits. The price is from the rate book, ex GST first with tolls at cost, and nothing is charged until the driver is confirmed. If you would rather talk, call 0494 820 639.
Do you move a few pallets or only full trucks?
Both. Shared freight takes one to six pallets, or cartons by weight, ambient only, on a vehicle already heading the same way. A dedicated vehicle is quoted for anything from one pallet on a ute to 34 on a B-double, and the tool shows the two prices together so you can pick the cheaper one.
Which areas do you cover?
The trucks are based in Prestons in south-west Sydney and run across Greater Sydney, the Illawarra down to Nowra, the Central Coast and Newcastle. Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane are published in full, and the other lanes we run, Canberra, Adelaide, the Mid North Coast and the Central West, are quoted per run on their own pages.
What do you need from me to price a job?
The pickup and delivery suburbs, how many pallets and the height of the tallest one, the rough total weight, whether there is a forklift at both ends or a tailgate is needed, and the day with any dock window or gate hours. Dangerous goods, oversize loads and refrigerated freight are priced personally.
Can you supply the pallets and move the freight on the same order?
Yes. 360 supplies new and used pallets from the same yard the trucks run from, so the pallets and the delivery can go on one order, and a return load of empty pallets can ride back on a run we are already making to your site.
Do I pay before the truck comes?
Payment terms are written on the quote. A new customer confirms payment with us before pickup; account customers are invoiced on their agreed terms. Nothing is charged until the driver is confirmed, and tolls are billed at cost on the invoice.
