Buying notes
What should I check before ordering one way pallets?
- Specify the minimum size you can accept; mixed lots are not size guaranteed
- Use grade C stock only for loads that are not coming back and are not customer facing
- If the pallet needs to survive a forklift twice, buy grade B instead

Tell us the smallest size you can accept and how many.
Ask before 2pm on a business day and the price comes back the same day. After 2pm it goes out first thing the next business day.
Questions about one way pallets
What is a one way pallet?
A low cost, load bearing pallet for freight that is not coming back. Often mixed sizes between 800 and 1200 mm and graded C: economy, load bearing, sizes not guaranteed.
Are one way pallets safe for racking?
No. They are for floor loads and transport. Racking needs a rated pallet, usually the 2 tonne standard.
What do they cost?
The lowest price we quote, because the lot is mixed and the sizes are not guaranteed. The price depends on what is on the floor in your city that week, so the quote states the count and the sizes in the lot.
Is a one way pallet the same as a grade C pallet?
Not always. A one way pallet is built light for a single trip; a grade C pallet is a standard pallet at the end of its reusable life. Both suit loads that are not coming back and not customer facing, and both are graded on the grades page.
Can you collect one way pallets after the load lands?
Yes, when it is the same truck. Sixty or more reusable standard pallets anywhere in Greater Sydney is a free pickup and you are paid for the stock; under sixty the stack rides back on a delivery we are already making to your site, or is quoted as a clearance first. Outside Greater Sydney the pickup is priced in the written offer.
