What should I check before ordering Euro pallets?
- Match the base to your handling: a block base is what most European lines and narrow aisle trucks expect
- EPAL branding is only stated on our quotes where the stamp has been sighted
- Mixed fleets of 1165 and Euro pallets cost more in racking adjustments than in pallets; check beam depth before you commit to Euro

Questions about euro pallets
What size is a Euro pallet?
1200 x 800 mm, 144 mm high, 4 way entry on a block base, rackable. Also called EPAL or EUR when it carries the EPAL stamp.
Do Euro pallets fit Australian racking?
Often, but check the beam depth and the frame spacing. A 1200 x 800 pallet on a 1165 bay leaves overhang one way and a gap the other. Tell us the racking and we will say which way it should sit.
Can I buy recycled Euro pallets in Australia?
Yes. Recycled Euro stock comes from inbound European freight and is graded the same way as standard pallets. Supply varies by city, so the quote states the count available and the date.
How many Euro pallets fit on a truck?
A 1200 by 800 Euro pallet with the long side across the deck goes two across on a 2.45 metre deck, the same count as a standard pallet on the pallets-per-truck page. Turned with the 800 side across, three fit in the width and more go on along the deck. Say which way they will sit and the quote names the count.
Do you buy used Euro pallets?
Euro and other odd sizes are counted in their own stack and priced in the written offer rather than at the standard pallet band, because the resale market for them is smaller. Send the count and a photo of the stack and the offer says what they are worth.
