After you press send
You have sent an enquiry. Here is what happens next.
Every enquiry to 360 is read by a person, priced in writing and booked with a day and a window. This is the whole sequence, from the first hour to the invoice, so nothing along the way is a surprise.
Or call Jayden on 0494 820 639, 7am to 5pm weekdays.
Quick answer
What happens after I send an enquiry to 360?
Once you have sent an enquiry, here is what happens next: a person reads it on the business day it arrives and asks for anything the price depends on. The written price comes back the same business day when asked before 2pm, the booking names the day, the window and the vehicle, pallets are counted and graded on the dock against the photos, transport jobs text and email you at pickup and delivery, and the invoice follows on the terms in the quote.
The first hour
What happens in the first hour?
An email lands in your inbox with a reference number and a copy of what you sent. Jayden reads the enquiry himself. If something is missing that the price depends on (a photo of the stack, a count, the suburb, whether there is a forklift), you get a text or a call asking for it rather than a guess. Replying to that email or texting the photo to 0494 820 639 both work; the reference ties them together.
The written price
When does the price arrive, and what is in it?
Ask before 2pm on a business day and the written price comes back the same business day. After 2pm it goes out first thing the next business day. Nothing is booked on a verbal number.
| Enquiry | What the written answer contains |
|---|---|
| Buying pallets | Price per pallet by grade and size, delivery to your suburb, the day it can land, payment terms |
| Selling or clearing pallets | What we buy and at what price, what is collected and what is cleared, one netted figure, the pickup window |
| Transport | Per-pallet shared freight and the dedicated truck option side by side, the vehicle, pickup and delivery windows, fuel levy and tolls shown |
| Consultancy | A scoped review with a fixed price, the days on site, what the written plan covers, the start date |
Saying yes
What happens when you accept?
The booking is confirmed in the same message: the day, the window and the vehicle. For a new customer on a transport job we confirm payment with you before pickup; account customers are invoiced on their terms. What helps the day go smoothly, and what the driver will ask about if it is not in the enquiry:
- A forklift on site, or a tailgate on the truck. Say which.
- Gate hours and the largest vehicle that fits. A 12 pallet rigid does not go everywhere a van goes.
- Pallets stacked and reachable, pooled pallets (CHEP blue, Loscam red) set aside because they go back to the pool.
- A name and a mobile for the person on site on the day.
On the day
What happens on the day?
Pallets delivered are counted off against the order on the dock. Pallets collected are counted and graded at pickup against the photos you sent; any difference is explained on the spot, not discovered on the invoice. On a transport job you get a text and an email when the freight is picked up and when it is delivered, with the proof of delivery attached, the receiver's name and the time.
Afterwards
What happens after the job?
The invoice follows on the terms in the quote. The acknowledgement email asks one thing of you: how you found 360, in a word. If the run went well, a sentence on Google helps the next warehouse find us. If it did not, ring Jayden first and it gets fixed. Sites that produce pallets every week usually end up on a standing pickup with one number to call, and buyers on a regular order get a price that holds for the volume.
Ready to start
A photo, a count and a suburb is enough to begin.
Send what you have. If the price needs more, you hear about it in the first hour, not after the truck is booked. Priced the same business day when asked before 2pm.
Questions people ask after sending
Will someone ring me?
Only if the price needs something the enquiry did not have, or you asked for a call. Most enquiries are answered in writing, which is what you need to compare and to book against.
Can I change the order after I accept?
Yes, before the vehicle is loaded. Reply to the confirmation or text the change; the booking is updated and the confirmation re-sent with the new count or day.
What if the pallets are not as the photos showed?
They are graded at pickup against the photos and the count. A lot that grades lower than expected is explained on the spot and the figure adjusted before anything leaves; nothing is taken and argued about later.
Do you need a deposit?
Payment terms are on the quote. New transport customers confirm payment with us before pickup; account customers are invoiced on their agreed terms.
What if nobody is on site when the truck arrives?
The confirmation names the window so someone can be there. If the site is closed when the vehicle arrives, the driver rings the contact on the booking; a wasted trip is charged as the quote states, so tell us early if the day changes.
How do I check where my freight is?
Transport jobs send a text and an email at pickup and at delivery. For anything in between, ring or text 0494 820 639 with the reference and dispatch answers from the run sheet.
