Export pallets and ISPM 15
Timber leaving Australia has to be treated and marked or the port sends it back. Export stock is supplied heat treated and carrying the ISPM 15 mark, and the treatment is named on the quote and again on the delivery docket rather than assumed. Tell us the sailing date and the stock is set aside against it. The export pallet specification has the sizes and the marking detail.
How your data is handled
Information you send is used only to deliver your order. It is held in access controlled systems and is not shared outside 360 and the providers we use to operate: hosting, storage, email and payments. We do not use your data to train AI models, and the business grade tools we use carry terms that say the same. On request we delete uploaded files once the work is delivered. Personal information is handled under the privacy policy.
Independence, stated up front
360 both advises on operations and supplies pallets and transport. Where a consultancy recommendation could lead to 360 earning from supply, it is disclosed in the report so you can compare it against the market. You are always free to implement internally or with your existing providers. This is written into the purchase terms, not just stated here.
Commercial terms
All prices are in Australian dollars. Services quote ex GST with the inclusive total beside them, and a tax invoice is issued when payment arrives. Review days are paid half on confirmation and half on delivery, on 7 day terms. Liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what was paid for it, and nothing in our terms excludes a guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The full terms are published on the purchase terms page rather than sent out on request.
What we will send you
Ask and these come back the same business day if the request is in before 2pm:
- A certificate of currency for any policy listed above
- A signed non disclosure agreement, on your paper or ours
- A supplier questionnaire or vendor onboarding form completed and returned
- Heat treatment and ISPM 15 documentation for any export pallet order
