How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact form on this site, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, company name, email address, mobile number, suburb or postcode, and the operational details relevant to your enquiry (for example, pallet quantities, waste streams, transport requirements or procurement details). If you attach files (photos, spreadsheets, invoices or similar), we collect those too.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not currently run any analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to review your enquiry, respond to you, and, where relevant, prepare pricing or coordinate a solution with suppliers and carriers on your behalf. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

Where it's stored

Enquiry submissions and any attached files are currently stored securely on infrastructure operated by 360 Operations Group, and are reviewed by our team. As our systems develop, this may extend to a customer relationship management (CRM) platform and a file storage provider. This page will be updated to name them once connected, and the same privacy commitments will apply.

We do not currently send automated confirmation emails. Your enquiry reference number, shown on screen after submission, is your record of what you sent us.

Who sees it

Only 360 Operations Group staff involved in reviewing and responding to enquiries have access to the information you submit. Where fulfilling your enquiry requires involving a specific supplier or carrier, we share only the operational details necessary for that purpose, never your full enquiry or contact details without cause.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Get in touch via the Contact page and we'll action this within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you submit, including input validation and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't treat that as a reason not to try.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as our systems and processes change, particularly as we connect a CRM, email provider and file storage system. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.
