1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by 360 Operations Group ("360", "we", "us"). By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You're welcome to contact us another way instead.

2. This website is information and enquiry only

This site describes what 360 does and lets you submit an enquiry or request a review. It is not a sales platform, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance by you. No contract is formed by browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or receiving an automated confirmation.

3. Submitting an enquiry doesn't create an agreement

When you submit an enquiry, through the Operational Review, a service page, or the Contact form, you're asking us to look into your requirement. Submitting it, and any confirmation you receive, does not commit either of us to anything. A commercial relationship only begins once 360 provides you with a specific, written quotation or proposal and you accept it in the way that document sets out.

4. Quotations and proposals

Any pricing, quotation or proposal 360 provides you following an enquiry is governed by its own stated terms (validity period, scope, assumptions and conditions), not by this page. Where those terms and this page differ, the quotation or proposal's own terms apply to that engagement.

5. How 360 actually delivers

360 coordinates the suppliers, carriers and specialist partners required to deliver an agreed solution. We don't necessarily own or directly operate every vehicle, facility or service involved. Where a third party is engaged as part of delivering your solution, their own terms may also apply to that part of the work, and we'll make that clear as part of any proposal.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site (text, design, the 360 brand mark and identity, and the underlying method by which we read and respond to an enquiry) belongs to 360 Operations Group or is used with permission. You're welcome to view and share it for its intended purpose; you may not reproduce, resell or represent it as your own.

7. Accuracy of information on this site

We've written this site to be accurate and to reflect what 360 actually does. That said, general descriptions of our services aren't a substitute for the specific detail in a quotation or proposal, and we don't guarantee the site is free of error at every moment. If something looks wrong, we'd genuinely like to know. Get in touch.

8. Information and files you submit

Anything you submit through an enquiry, your details, operational information, and any files you attach (photos, spreadsheets, invoices, lane files and similar), is used to review and respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share whatever you upload with us, and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

9. External links and services

Where this site links to an external site or service (for example, a downloadable template you open in your own software), we aren't responsible for that external site's content, availability or practices. Use your own judgement.

10. Limitations

This website and its content are provided as-is, for general information. To the extent the law allows, 360 isn't liable for loss arising from your use of this site itself (as distinct from any liability arising under an actual quotation, proposal or service agreement, which is instead governed by that document's own terms). Nothing in this section limits any liability that can't lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms as the website and our processes develop. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
