Accessibility

This site should work for everyone. Tell us when it does not.

Last updated 13 October 2026. What we have built in, what we check, and the fastest way to report a problem.

What is built in

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone: links, buttons, menus and the enquiry forms can be reached with Tab and used with Enter or Space, and the focused element is always visibly outlined.
  • Form fields carry labels, errors say what to fix in plain words next to the field, and nothing times out while you are filling in an enquiry.
  • Text keeps its contrast on both the light and dark surfaces, and the site reflows at phone width without sideways scrolling or zoom being blocked.
  • Movement respects your device's reduced motion setting: when it is on, sections appear without animation.
  • Photographs carry text alternatives; decorative backgrounds are hidden from screen readers. Video on the site plays only when you press play.
  • Prices, pallet counts and vehicle sizes are written as text, never only as an image.

What we check

Every page is checked by script before it goes live for a single heading, labelled forms, working links and the schema a screen reader or search engine relies on. The enquiry path is tested with a keyboard on a desktop and by touch on a phone each time it changes.

What we know is not right yet

  • The older guide photographs are CSS backgrounds rather than images with alt text; they are being replaced with photographs from our own yard, each with a written description.
  • The pallet footprint diagrams are drawn in SVG with a title; a written size appears beside each one so nothing depends on the drawing.

Report a problem

If any part of this site does not work for you, email solutions@360operationsgroup.com.au with the page and what happened, or call Jayden on 0494 820 639, 7am to 5pm weekdays. You will hear back the same business day when it arrives before 2pm, and anything you need from the site (a price, a pickup, a booking) can be done over the phone in the meantime.

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as the standard to measure against. Where a page falls short we would rather know than guess, so every report is read by the person who maintains the site.
