Twenty minutes, no pitch.

Your operation in a few sentences: what you do, size, sites
The symptom, how long it has been happening, what you have tried
What we would check first and why
Whether a toolkit, a fixed price review, a review day or a project fits, or none of them

It is a fit and scoping conversation. Twenty minutes will not get you a full diagnosis. If we think you can fix it yourself, we will say so.

Jayden takes the calls, weekdays 9am to 5pm Sydney time. If your problem needs the consultant on the line, he will set that up.

What to have ready

Nothing formal. The call works better if you can say roughly how many orders or deliveries you do in a week, how many sites and people, and when the problem started. If you have a number on what it is costing, bring it. If you do not, say so, because that is often the first thing worth fixing.

You do not need data, a brief or a budget. Those come later, and only if there is something worth doing.

What will not happen on the call

No pitch, no slides, and no price quoted on the spot for work that has not been scoped. If the answer is that you do not need a consultant, you will be told that, because a scoped piece of work that should not have been sold is worse for us than a call that goes nowhere.

We also will not ask you to sign anything. Nothing is binding until there is a written scope and you have accepted it.
