360 Operations Group Pty Ltd (ABN 44 701 918 498, ACN 701 918 498) is an operations consultancy across Australia and New Zealand. Pallets are one of our service verticals: we help businesses buy better, reuse more and recover what is left. We are building a panel of partners to do that work.
Pooled and hire equipment sits outside this programme.
Buy surplus stock
Where a customer has usable pallets they no longer need, we look for a buyer. You tell us what you would pay and who covers the transport.
Collect and recover
Collection of usable and damaged pallets, repair and rebuilding, and clearance of accepted wood-waste streams to authorised receiving facilities.
What each brief contains.
Every opportunity states the requirement and the proposed commercial arrangement, and says plainly what is still to be confirmed. Where a detail is not yet known, it says so rather than guessing.

- Requirement
- Supply, purchase, collection or a service, and which way the money moves.
- Format and condition
- The footprint, material and condition grade. Footprint, material, condition and duty are always stated separately.
- Quantity and unit
- Pallets, tonnes or loads, and whether the figure is firm or indicative.
- Broad location
- Region or metropolitan area. The exact site is released to the selected supplier.
- One-off or recurring
- And roughly how often, where it repeats.
- Timing and deadline
- When the work starts and when responses close, with the timezone.
- Proposed deal model
- Who buys, who sells, who collects and who invoices whom.
- Still to confirm
- Listed openly, for example a condition split that has not been counted yet.
Your choice to quote.
On an open opportunity you can submit a quote, ask a question or pass. On an upcoming one, where the brief is not finished yet, you can register interest instead. Passing takes one tap, tells us nothing about your other work, and does not stop your alerts.
A quote is a quote. It is not an award, and a submitted response never becomes an agreement on its own. You can revise or withdraw a response until the opportunity closes. Every version is kept, so nobody compares you against a number you have already changed.
Setup when it matters.
Registering costs nothing and commits nothing. Account details, specifications, insurances and trading arrangements are confirmed with Jayden before a first job proceeds, at the point they are needed, against the actual deal. Bank and sensitive account information goes through our existing secure process, never through a web form.
No commission, retainer or fee arises from registering. Where a specific arrangement carries a fee, it is written into that arrangement and expressly agreed.
Your customer relationships matter.
If we review services for one of your existing customers, we will work with you and respect that relationship.
Tell Jayden privately when you see one and we will agree who does what before anything progresses. We do not ask you to hand over a customer list, and a tick box on a website is not a non-circumvention agreement. The detailed terms are separate and are agreed in writing.

Questions
The things suppliers ask first.
Is registering a commitment?
No. It records that you want to receive relevant opportunities and that we may
contact you about setting up. It is not an order, an approved trading account,
an agreement to any terms, or a commitment to a fee.
Do I have to fill in every specification?
No. Registration is five quick details. Capabilities, coverage, formats, capacity
and lead times are all optional and can be added, edited or left blank. Where we
do not know something about you, we ask you to confirm it on the relevant
opportunity. We never assume a qualification you have not given us, and we do
not rule you out for an incomplete profile.
Can I decline work?
Yes. Every opportunity has a Pass action. It takes one tap, an optional reason
helps us match you better next time, and it has no effect on anything else you
receive. Silence is not acceptance either. If you do nothing, nothing happens.
When are account details and terms agreed?
When there is a real deal to set up. Jayden confirms the account, the
specification, the commercial arrangement and any supporting information you
need to provide before a first job proceeds. Bank details and sensitive account
information go through our existing secure process, not a web form. A framework
agreement is a separate, explicit step. It is not something a registration can
turn into.
Will I see customer information?
Not by default. Published briefs carry the requirement, a broad location and the
proposed arrangement. Customer names, contacts, exact addresses, our margins and
other suppliers' quotes stay private. Operational detail, including the exact
site, is released to the selected supplier at the appropriate stage, and
questions go through Jayden.
How do I stop the alerts?
In your account under Profile, set opportunity alerts to paused. Messages about
work you have already responded to or accepted still reach you. Those are
operational, not marketing, and are deliberately kept separate.
What about a customer I already look after?
Tell Jayden. If we review services for one of your existing customers we will
work with you and respect that relationship. We agree who does what before
anything progresses, and any specific protection is written into the relevant
arrangement rather than assumed.
Do you handle pooled pallets?
No. Pooled and hire equipment is outside this programme. If pooled assets turn
up in a collection, they are segregated and returned to their owner rather than
traded.

Twenty-three footprints, six materials and six condition grades, kept as separate axes because they are separate things. No load rating is published against a format, a duty label or a photograph. Capacity belongs to a specific design and its evidence, not to a footprint.
The PDF is supporting reference, not a step in registering. Its return button opens an email draft in your own mail application. You still attach your saved copy yourself, and it does not upload anything or confirm delivery. Registering on this page is the direct route and gives you a receipt.
