Why "360"
Most businesses in this category sell one part of an operation: a truck, a bin, a pallet. 360 exists because those parts don't actually operate independently of each other: a pallet problem is often a transport problem in disguise, and a waste contract nobody's looked at in years is rarely just a waste problem. Reading the whole operation is the only way to find where performance is actually being lost.
